Our Centre

"It always felt safe and welcoming."

The Centre is based within a shared building in a City Centre location close to bus, tram and rail links.

The building space is occupied by a range of other local charities and ethical organisations and provides a safe, secure environment for all visitors to the building.

The Centre provides fully accessible space and the building has a lift to all levels.

"Gave me a place to talk and feel safe when I haven’t felt able to do that elsewhere."

We keep our location confidential until clients are invited into the Centre.

"I don’t know where I would be without this service. I was traumatised by my experience and couldn’t go out and yet my home, my safe haven felt like a prison and I didn’t feel safe there. Being able to come here and talk helped me to feel safe again."

Text me when you get home

I will be running/walking 85,000 metres (85km) in the following 4 weeks to represent each one of the 85,000 women who experience sexual assault, rape or attempted rape each year ( MoJ, ONS, Home Office 2013). I am raising money for Sheffield Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre (SRASAC), a local charity which offers a safe space for women who struggle to find one elsewhere, in hopes that one day society will change from victim blaming to educating and addressing the crime.
